In-Stock or Cut-tO-Order Refunds
You may return your item within 7 days of receiving shipment following the below procedures for a full refund of purchase price minus shipping costs (if applicable).

You must notifiy us within the 7 days by e-mail that you are returning the item. Stating in the e-mail the reasons for the return.
Returned item must be postmarked within the 7 day refund policy time frame.
Item must be returned in original sellable or received condition.

After the returned item has been received in good condition we will issue a refund for the purchase price.

Custom Order Refunds
Same procedures and refunds as listed above except original 25 percent down payment will not be refunded. This covers the cost of supplies and design time on an item that was specifically designed for one person which may or may not be resellable to someone else.
Functional items are guaranteed for 1 year click for details.

These are basic refund guidelines. We want our customers to be happy and satisfied with our products and service. We strive to produce quality products that you will be proud to own. We want your return business. If you are unsatisfied with one of our products and the above guidelines do not seem to apply, e-mail us with your complaint. We will try to reach a mutually satisfying agreement for both parties.
