We offer a full 1 year guaranteed replacement or repair on all functional items at no cost to you, the customer, other than postage to return the item, if deemed necessary.

This will cover any defects in the functionality of the dial(s),insert(s) and/or mechanism(s) as well as the craftsmanship of the product as a whole.

Product must be used and handled under normal conditions and with normal care. Breakage due to dropping or miss use of the product is not covered by this agreement.

Simple wall art cut from a single board and containing no functionality other than decorative, is not covered by this guarantee.
